Demo · Wendy coaching Sam, parent of two who also looks after his dad · AI coach, not a human

His dad's appointment is tomorrow, nobody has said who drives, and asking his sister feels like pressure.

Wendy reads only the cards people have shared, never anyone's answers.

Wendy:

Evening, Sam. Three places I can help tonight: your dad and tomorrow's ride, an evening with Alex that isn't logistics, or the mornings with the kids. Where are you stuck today?

Sam:

An aging parent

Wendy:

Ray's appointment is tomorrow at ten and nobody has said who's driving. You offered, he said the bus, and you let it go. Dani asked what time. Neither of you asked the other. Which first: Ray, or Dani?

Sam:

Ray. He says he'll take the bus and I don't want to make him feel managed.

Wendy:

From what you've told me, not a card: he hates being driven and hates being handled even more. The ride he took had coffee after. Ask, don't offer: "Hardware store after tomorrow. Me driving, or Dani?" Tonight?

Sam:

And Dani. She took him the last two weekends without being asked. I feel like I can't ask for more.

Wendy:

You'd rather everyone agree first, and you'd rather not push, so you've been waiting for her to offer. My guess is she's waiting for you to ask. Your card says it: ask Dani, don't wait. Want me to write it?

Sam:

Yes.

Wendy:

"Can you take Dad tomorrow at ten, or should I? Either works, I just want it settled tonight." One question, no plan. After tomorrow, one more line, because the split has never been said out loud. Send the first now?

Tomorrow, the shortest version
  • Ray at ten, then errands, and the hardware store if he wants it.
  • Driver: whoever answers tonight, you or Dani.
  • June's form, due tomorrow, still on the fridge.
  • Alex is on shift. Bath is yours.

THE REPORT

Free: a report in layers, not a label.

  • Three answers, not one label. How you decide, what you need from the people at home, and what a hard week does. The gap between the first two is where most friction lives.
  • No good end. Quick is not careless. Deliberate is not slow. Straight is not unkind. Gentle is not evasive. Wendy names the pattern, never the verdict.
  • About 9 minutes for the basic report. The advanced report adds five more measures, free, whenever you want it.

EVERY DAY

Then daily coaching.

  • A check-in at the hour you pick. One thing before the day starts, and a quick question or three at night. Skippable, every time.
  • The person you keep having the same argument with. How they work, what's likely on their plate, and a first line you could actually say.
  • A weekly review. What went well enough, what got in the way, one thing to change.

QUESTIONS

Questions

Is this a personality test?

It's a self-report profile of how you work, in layers: how you act, what you need from others, and what stress does to you. It's built for the next conversation, not for a label. No measure has a good end.

Do you profile the people I talk about?

No. Wendy works from what you say about them and never builds a report of anyone but you. At home, nobody else has a card.

Do I need a card to start?

No. The report is free and needs no payment card. A team's plan is 14 days free with a payment card on file; the amount and the first-charge date are shown before you pay and emailed to you the day the workspace is set up, and cancelling is one tap.

What's free, what the coach adds

The report is free and complete. The coach is what happens when someone keeps it in mind for you.

What you get free

  • The whole report. The basic and advanced report, about 22 minutes all told, in parts you can take separately.
  • Your pattern and your four-letter code. One page per measure: how you act, what you need from other people, what a hard week does, what gives you energy.
  • Your "how to live with me" card. In your words, with your name on it or not.
  • One pair page with someone you invite. Where you're alike, where you differ, and one thing each of you can try.

What the coach adds

  • A check-in at the hour you pick. One thing before the day starts, and a quick question or three at night. Skippable, every time.
  • The person you keep having the same argument with. How they work, what's likely on their plate, the one thing to do differently, and a first line you could actually say.
  • A weekly review. In fewer words than you'd expect: what went well enough, what got in the way, one thing to change.
  • Memory you can see. Everything Wendy remembers is listed on your Memory page. Edit or delete any of it.
  • Pairs with anyone who opts in. As many as you like.

WHAT WE PROMISE

  • Your answers are never shown. Only the report.
  • No email until your report is on screen.
  • Learned from your communications, no messages are ever kept.
  • Your data is yours. Export or delete everything under Profile & settings, in one tap.
