You can add people to either plan, and move between the two from your workspace's billing page. From 23 people, Company costs less: $499 a month. A group opens with two people, and each person still has their own report first.
You pick Team or Company, a number of seats (a group opens with two people) and add a payment card. Nothing is charged for 14 days. On day 14, Team starts at $249 a month for the 10 people it includes, plus $20 a month for each seat beyond that, until you cancel. The first-charge date and the amount are shown before you pay, and we email them to you the day the workspace is set up. Add or remove seats any time; a change is prorated on the next invoice. Move between Team and Company from the workspace's billing page. Cancel from that page in one tap; cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing. Each person's report and free account stay theirs whether or not the workspace continues.

No. Coaching, memory and anything from a connector are yours alone. A team's workspace shows your card and how you fit with each colleague to everyone in it, from the day you join; you see the list when you join.
Wendy reads each message once, in memory, and keeps who was there, the subject line, the date and a one-line note of what she learned. Learned from your communications, no messages are ever kept. The notes are deleted after 90 days. You can disconnect in one tap and the extracted lines go with it. Connectors are for the work report; the home report has none yet.

Yes. Write to support@askwendy.ai within 14 days of the first charge and we refund it in full, once per workspace. After that, cancel any time and the workspace stays open until the end of the period you paid for.
